The Audioroot DYAD is a passive power-combining cable designed to seamlessly merge the output of up to two independent batteries or DC power sources. Whether you're looking to extend runtime, enable hot-swapping of batteries, or add an AC backup option, the DYAD offers a compact and reliable solution—without smart battery telemetry.

• Two DC inputs for flexible power combining

• Passive design: no data/telemetry merging (non-SMBus)

• Compatible with Audioroot vmDBOX series and non-telemetry third-party power distributors

• Ideal for high-capacity setups, hot-swaps, or AC backup configurations

• Output connector options: HRS4, TA4F, XLR4F, USB-C + USB-A

• 2nd input connector options: Battery cup, TA4M, USB-C

• Default length: 60 cm (custom lengths available on request)

⚠️ Note 1: When selecting the USB-C power input option, it is strongly recommended to use a PPS-compatible USB-C Power Delivery (PD) adapter. This ensures proper power delivery from the AC source and prevents unintentional draining of your 16.8V Li-ion batteries.
⚠️ Note 2: When using TA4M as a DC input, we recommend using a power supply with a voltage output of ≥ 16.8V, such as the Audioroot DUO-PSU, to guarantee optimal performance.
